BBQ Cook-Off

Entry Fee: $50 per team. 

Cooking Time: Start at 6:00 AM. All entries must be turned in by 12:00 PM. Late entries will not be judged.

Categories: Chicken Wings, Pulled Pork, Ribs, Rib Tips (each judged separately).

Judging: Based on taste, tenderness, and texture. Highest score wins.

Cooking: All meat must be prepared and cooked on-site. Teams bring their own grills and supplies.

Turn-In: Use the provided container with no identifying marks.
